Friendly, professional, hard-working. I had my carpets cleaned, did a great job, and then the next morning my dog had an accident (perfect timing ?) Tyler squeezed me in without complaint, and even was willing to give a little discount for the spot cleaning.10/10 would recommend

Y'all don't sleep on these guys, they are amazing. Their prices are amazing, their work ethic is amazing, their knowledge is amazing. 100/10 I will always call them back to do our carpets. Tyler was so professional and nice. He explained everything beautifully and honestly. We will be having them come back.

We came home to a flood in our basement at 5:30pm last Monday. We called Elite and Tyler was here within a few hours, coming from another family’s flooded basement. He started pumping out the water and even helped pull up wet carpet and padding. He was here every day for a week adjusting the fans, emptying dehumidifiers, and checking dampness in the walls. This company was very dependable and reasonably priced. Tyler was so polite and friendly and available, even though he was so busy with many flooded homes due to the rain we have had.
