“I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!“

“We have patronized the Draper location regularly for many years with satisfying service and results. The staff is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Recently, I had a suit dry cleaned to wear at a wedding out of state. Some mistakes in the cleaning process made the suit unwearable for the wedding. I returned to Mr Dry Cleaners with the suit voicing my frustration and disappointment. Kim Le made everything right and personally delivered the suit to my door the next day. I was disarmed by her willingness to quickly correct their mistakes and insure my satisfaction. They went far beyond my expectations in resolving this problem. To say that I am pleased with their service is an understatement. Lesson learned: When a business makes a mistake, give them an opportunity to correct it.
