“We had a water heater implode and leak into our finished basement for the second time in 6 years. Even though our water heater was still under warranty, we decided to switch to a tankless water heater and find a new plumber. I was so glad we called Bert’s. Usually the installation for a tankless water heater is an all day thing so most plumbers weren’t able to fit us in for a while. But we told Bert’s about our situation and they figured out a way to send two plumbers to fix it that same day. They even charged us less than their estimate because they finished faster than anticipated. They seem to have more experience installing tankless water heaters than other plumbers we called which was reassuring. The person who answers the phone is so knowledgeable and helpful, which is a lifesaver when making a big decision quickly.“

“Wow, what a great experience! I had a problem with an external pipe that led to a French drain. The technicians hydro jetted, and ran a camera down the pipe. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the drain was there before we moved in. No surprise, but they found obstructions further down the pipe. They were able to resolve the problem, and pricing was more than competitive. Plus, the team worked like crazy, communicated well, and didn’t leave until everything was done to my satisfaction. I’ve definitely found my plumbing company for any future problems.“

“We had a basement bathroom tub water faucet that only the hot water came out. The cold-water valve was so corroded that no water would come through. Quick Quality's plumber came out and tried to open up the valve to replace it, but it was too corroded to open up. He said the whole valve mechanism would have to be replaced, but the cost could be up to $1500. We elected to do nothing since we rarely used this bathroom. The serviceman (don't remember his name) felt bad that he couldn't do something to help us. He left without charging us anything for his work.
