They came within the hour and spent 40 minutes just to evaluate with no promise I would have any work done. No charge. Gave me all my options clearly, answered follow up text questions quickly, and were patient with our taking time to decide. Worked us in asap and the job was done right, Came back next day just to follow up and adjust temps etc. we might need. Taught us how to flush it yearly.
