“Thirty years ago next month I brought this bridal gown to Henrie’s for cleaning and preservation treatment. It was placed in a beautiful white box with a clear plastic window for display, and sealed closed with white duct tape. I’ve been able to admire the bodice through the window over the years, which they carefully stuffed with acid-free tissue so I could remember my girlish figure ?, but until today I have never broken the seal. I always wondered if the terrible black stains on the hem of the dress (incurred from a long wedding day) came out, or if the cost of preserving the dress was worth it. I am posting this review to share the utter delight I feel to discover this beautiful white gown without a stain on the hem, or anywhere else, thirty years later. Job well done, Henrie’s. Recently, I had a suit dry cleaned to wear at a wedding out of state. Some mistakes in the cleaning process made the suit unwearable for the wedding. I returned to Mr Dry Cleaners with the suit voicing my frustration and disappointment. Kim Le made everything right and personally delivered the suit to my door the next day. I was disarmed by her willingness to quickly correct their mistakes and insure my satisfaction. They went far beyond my expectations in resolving this problem.
