I appreciated the assistance from Daines Sewing Machines in selecting and purchasing the best walking foot machine to match my specific needs. Since my purchase, my experience with the machine, and my additional research confirm that the advice they gave me was spot on.I made my purchase over the phone because of Covid 19 restrictions, and they really went the extra mile (literally) with delivery and with making sure I was well taken care of.Their pricing was very competitive on an excellent machine, with great service and helpful advice. I am completely satisfied and will be a repeat customer with future needs.

Excellent service with excellent products. I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially about its manager Ben Jensen. When there was a problem, he responded right away and fixed what needed to be fixed. In addition, he always gives good pointers. I am impressed!

Ben was SO helpful when my motor died on my new machine! At first we thought it was just a fuse, so he gave me a new one, but when it was still blowing the fuse after plugging it into a surge protector he determined that the problem was the motor. He was staying late, and let me pick up the new motor after closing time to help me out! And THEN after I got the motor replaced and had small belt issue he still helped me troubleshoot the problem through texting after he'd left the shop! He helped me get my machine running again, and I was able to finish my project (even if it took all day). That is great customer service in my book! Thanks again Ben!
