“Where to start…

Well, after calling around to a few other places and having terrible…and I mean TERRIBLE experiences elsewhere, Goff plumbing was amazing from start to finish.

When we called we were greeted by someone who was empathetic, human and truly exemplified communication. I know this seems odd, but they were willing to set an appointment…which I didn’t realize was such an issue until I got the “We’ll call you if we have anyone in the area” experiences elsewhere.

Carson arrived exactly when expected, was extremely thorough and polite. He was personable but also didn’t “linger”, he got right to work and before we knew it he had diagnosed our issue, swapped the part and was preparing the invoice.

Their rates are extremely reasonable, and after our first impression I can safely say we’ve found our plumber for years to come.

To Goff Plumbing, and more so to Carson, thank you for being true professionals from start to finish.“

Kenna answered my call and I ask her for an estimation and said including the $75.00 service call would be between 250 to 350. She indicated that her first openings would be Monday . I explained to her that we had no water is there anyone available to do the job which would be less than an hour. She came back to the line after a couple of minutes and indicated that one of her service persons was finishing another job early and would be at my house within a hour.

“Furnace was not working. Gary came and ran a thorough check and determined the 'mother board' was bad. Talked to us about our options in heating/cooling units, and explained finance options as well. We went with the Lennox heat pump system. Gary checked and they had a unit at the shop and a crew to help with installation. Gary showed up at our home about 10 AM to check out the old furnace. By 6 PM he and the install crew had the new unit installed and working. Couldn't ask for better, faster, more professional service. Thank you Gary, your crew, and Craig's HVAC service.
