“Where to start…

Well, after calling around to a few other places and having terrible…and I mean TERRIBLE experiences elsewhere, Goff plumbing was amazing from start to finish.

When we called we were greeted by someone who was empathetic, human and truly exemplified communication. I know this seems odd, but they were willing to set an appointment…which I didn’t realize was such an issue until I got the “We’ll call you if we have anyone in the area” experiences elsewhere.

Carson arrived exactly when expected, was extremely thorough and polite. He was personable but also didn’t “linger”, he got right to work and before we knew it he had diagnosed our issue, swapped the part and was preparing the invoice.

Their rates are extremely reasonable, and after our first impression I can safely say we’ve found our plumber for years to come.

To Goff Plumbing, and more so to Carson, thank you for being true professionals from start to finish.“

“Friendly staff, excellent communication, and convenient next day scheduling, but they lost a star on pricing. Maybe larger jobs are more cost effective, but we were quoted $450 for just the labor to replace a garbage disposal ($700 total). I might consider them again for any larger projects we might need in the future, but we ended up seeking a different option for this one.“

“Can’t recommend enough! We had very concerning issues with rattling, vibrating pipes throughout our home and were able to get Derrick sent out to our home within a day of calling. He was honest, considerate, and went above and beyond to help identify the issue and assure us of the fix. I would trust him in my home even if I wasn’t there. That’s sayin a lot these days. He was able to quickly perform the repair and at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for any plumbing issue in the future. Great communication between Adam and Justin (Project Manager) throughout the process and they took our (1300 sq ft) basement from bare bones to ready for flooring in just 2 months. “Furnace was not working. Gary came and ran a thorough check and determined the 'mother board' was bad. Talked to us about our options in heating/cooling units, and explained finance options as well. “After reading the reviews for Smedley's Plumbing I decided to give them a call to repair a small leak inside my house from an outdoor house bib.
Kenna answered my call and I ask her for an estimation and said including the $75.00 service call would be between 250 to 350. She indicated that her first openings would be Monday . I explained to her that we had no water is there anyone available to do the job which would be less than an hour. She came back to the line after a couple of minutes and indicated that one of her service persons was finishing another job early and would be at my house within a hour.
Their service man, Layne arrived at my home in less than a hour. You can tell he loves his profession He fixed the leak quickly
and we talked a little about how much I was IMPRESSED with this family business. My total cost for this service was a little less than the $250. I fully trust Smedley Plumbing and their employees and would recommend them to anyone.“
