We were out of town when monitors in our house indicated that the temperature in the house was dropping rapidly. Since we have radiant heating, this is a significant concern. Even though it was the afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving, Custom Comfort arranged for Shawn to adjust his schedule so that he could come to the house and check out the problem. He was great! He identified the problem, ordered the necessary part, and was able to fix the problem so that the system could operate effectively until the new part could be retrieved and installed. Custom Comfort has done work for us several times. We've been very happy every time! Recently we had our A/C go out on a Saturday. They came quickly and had the repair done fast and at a fair price. We highly recommend them!

I had gotten several estimates to put in a new gas line for an oven. This was the only company that actually calculate the capacity of my existing gas line and determined that the approach that the other estimates had suggested would result in inadequate gas flow which would cause appliances to snuff out. I really appreciate their thoroughness and honesty.
