“Dennis is the guy! He’s been in the Marmalade District for the last 40 years, keeping our clothes looking spic and span the whole time!I made the silly mistake of washing a (borrowed) vintage wool sweater and needed all the help I could get ? He was able to work some fabric magic, and got it stretched out as much as possible and that was plenty for me!He saved me from a major scolding LOL. I trust Dennis to keep me and my garments in mind. ♥️“
“Great service and friendly employees. They took great care of my items and had them ready the same day!“
“Value for price is Good. But bothers me they hang my suits on a wire hanger without any cardboard to protect the body of the shoulders. It is noticeably lower quality of care, but they get the job done for the best price in town.“
“Red hanger is so professional and helpful.
They always go the extra mile to satisfy.
I had two sheep skin rugs that were so filthy. They did a remarkable job restoring them and followed up with a call to make sure everything was good.“
“I had a wedding dress emergency and I needed it cleaned in less than two weeks. I was told the turn around time is two to three weeks, but was informed I could speak with a manager just in case. They transferred me (I promise I wasn't a Karen, they genuinely told me to ask her for an exception!), I explained my situation and she told me to drop it off and let the front desk know to leave a note on my dress. Sure enough, it was done in just a few days and they did a fabulous job. It was clean and neat, and they even packaged it in such a way that despite the very long train the fabric would not wrinkle! Its also very delicate fabric that gets ruined easily so I was very scared, but it came back in perfect condition. I was very thankful and will return with my dress to get it cleaned after the wedding.“
“I have extremely long arms and it’s always been so hard to find a suit that fits me well. Tim took so much time and put in so much effort time find something that made me feel confident! Also at an amazing price!“
