Wish I did not have to choose a star... Would have selected NONE!I spoke with Kevin Jorge and was very excited about my appointment scheduled 3 days in advance. It was scheduled for Thurseday at 9:30 am. I took off work, got everything ready for a mobile wash. Text him at 9:35 to see if we were still on, again at 10:00, Called at 10:15 at by 10:30 still a NO SHOW without a response. I had to make other arrangements as I was trading in my vehicle Friday morning.Still NO CALLS / EXCUSES / APPOLOGIES.... JUST LEFT ME HANGING! You can't treat customers this way!I WILL NOT RECOMEND PUTING MY TRUST IN THIS COMPANY!!!
