“I called Dr. McVay's office to see if he had availability after getting the run around from other PT offices and being quoted a 6-12 month wait for my son to even get assessed. Dr. McVay was incredibly kind and concerned but said he didn't specialize in pediatric PT. However, he told me he would reach out to his network and call around to help me find someone else. I was so jaded from my previous experiences that I doubted he would actually call me back, but he did! About 15 minutes later, Dr. McVay called back to give me a number of another office that specialized in pediatric PT and actually had availability.
