Got my carpet done with them and they were amazing and quick! Also very flexible on scheduling! They managed to fix the issues I had on my floor with wood squeaking and got the sound to go away!
I had a great experience with All American flooring in Wylie. Flooring specialists Aziz Hasan was extremely courteous, professional and cooperative. I am very delighted with his service. I am proud to say American flooring has employees like him.
Cost, final product, scheduling, and service were all 5-star and I do recommend All American.However, I'm only giving 4 stars because -We had a good amount of demo as well as extensive leveling that came up during the job, resulting in nearly 3 days of grout and concrete sanding. The install team did nothing to prevent or warn us about the dust that would fill our home.I understand that we should have been better prepared for it, but a heads-up prior to the job (or during) would have been appreciated. We would have covered as much as possible had I known the fallout was going to be so bad. I'm glad I moved as much as I could fit to the garage.In the end, our... read full review
