“Today I decided to check out Stanton Optical in Windcrest. I had an amazing service. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. I was greeted by staff and assisted promptly. It was such an easy experience. I would like to especially thank Morgan for all her help and assistance. She explained the process to me and when things appeared to be delayed she went ahead and sped things up. She took time for me to make decisions about 1 or 2 and if you know eye exams you know that sometimes it's such a minute difference. She was so patient with me. Then she helped me in getting just the right lenses for my new glasses. And I found the most awesome pair for me. She then went above and beyond to really help me get what I needed down to a price point I could afford and I could not speak more highly of the experience.“

The office doesn't go theough insurance but please dont let this stop you. They are hear to help you walk through the process and talk with your insurance. My daughter has nothing less than a 92 for her grades and starts for her A class 14U spftball team. My daughter's words..."mom i can see the ball now!" We can not thank you all enough!“

“Amazing team! I called on Tuesday afternoon trying to get an appointment for anytime and they were able to get me in next day. Staff was extremely kind and explained everything to me with no hesitation. The Doctor was wonderful, made me feel welcome and was so kind and patient as I was trying to read the letters. Even making sure I had a ride after my dialation. This was my first time here but have already let everyone know that this place is where you need to go! In and out too which is always a plus! “The optometrist was condescending when answering questions. When I asked for her to simplify things because her technical terminology was not making any sense, she was clearly annoyed but still did not know how to explain things more simply and continued to complicate things with medical terminology. I feel like the exam was over complicated and unnecessarily stressful. People want to understand the numbers you are throwing out, especially since we are being given options between glasses/contacts and can not make an informed decision when we dont completely understand the information being given. I would highly suggest learning how to communicate the information you are trying to give people in a way that even a 5 year old can explain. We get you went to school and are educated... there is no need to overcompensate by talking above your patients level of comprehension.“

“Their staff is friendly and professional. I was processed quickly for the eye tests, prior to seeing the optometrist. The optometrist was nice, humble and did not rush. My whole family comes to this eye clinic. I will recommend them to friends & co workers.“
