“I previously had "Will" Fix It service my AC. They performed unnecessary work and suggested fixes that didn't resolve the issue. The AC worked fine overnight when the temperature dropped, but by the next day, it wasn't working at all. Searching for a reliable company on Reddit led me to Sherlock Homes. Despite calling late in the day, they managed to come out in the evening and stayed late to work on my AC. They returned the next day and significantly improved my AC's performance. They discovered that my AC wasn't fully installed by the original installer and had features I hadn't been using. Now, it works perfectly! It's worth noting that "Will" Fix It was the original installer of the unit. The service from Sherlock Homes was very affordable, especially considering the value provided. I highly recommend Sherlock Homes for their excellent service and expertise.“

Since 2020, Flo Aire has come out twice a year per the maintenance agreement I purchased to check the system and ready it for spring/fall. I've also had them install a larger breaker outside to better handle the electrical pull.
