Professional Keepers did an excellent job cleaning our grass rug. It was not an easy task, but the result was exceptional. Hank and Peyton were a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate their kindness and customer first attitude.

Quality work and quality company. Showed up on time and was able to knock out our vacant house in less than an hour. Peyton was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to make sure our home was taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone for any floor cleaning, repair or replacement.Services: General carpet cleaning

I would recommend Professional Keepers to anyone needing a great carpet cleaning! They were super flexible with our busy schedule and were quick to help us clean our duplex in a short amount of notice. Peyton was very professional and informative on suggestions for maintaining our clean carpets in our new house. The quality of service they provided was beyond compare. In 1995, Hank and Karla Gilbert formed 'Professional Keepers' and have been servicing large commercial carpet cleaning accounts like UT Health East Texas and Christus TMF in the greater Tyler, Texas, area for 30 years. In 2025, their sons Peyton and Cody Gilbert (both practicing pharmacists) purchased their parents company and renamed the company to Gilbert's Carpet and Rug Cleaning. Additionally, Peyton and Cody have made a six-figure investment in their rug cleaning facility to continue to be the most professional and thorough rug cleaning company in the Tyler, Texas area.
