I can't say enough about Heidi AND JD at Nortex. I had a flood and was desperate. Heidi was so calming over the phone and understanding. She seemed to truly want to help me and sent JD out right away AND got me an estimate that day to give to my builder. JD truly knows his stuff and can talk way over anyone's head that is not in the industry, but could also bring it down to my level and explain the options and ramifications for each. I felt great about his knowledge and ability to correctly assess and take care of any of the water issues. I can't tell you how happy I am not only with Heidi, but JD who came to my rescue. JD called ahead of time since he knew my situation ahead of time. He wanted to not only make sure my carpets were cleaned, but also sanitized (do to my situation ) which I hadn't realized or requested, but was what needed to be done. Thank you guys so very much for coming out so quickly and doing an amazing job. JD even called to follow up after he was finished and made sure to let me know what was done in detail and what to expect when I arrived home.
