“I got a water named Kindell, this was my very first time ever getting waxed and I was super nervous. Everyone, including the lovely woman with the piercings at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name), we're super sweet and kind. Kindell seeing that I was nervous asked me what kind of music I wanted to play while I was being waxed and she let me pick an artist (I picked Lauren Spencer Smith) and it calmed my nerves. She let me have privacy undressing and explained the whole process to me while she was doing it. She started up a conversation about my tattoos trying to ease my fears and we had amazing conversation as she waxed me. She made me feel completely normal and at ease, which give the job that's a huge plus. This place is amazing and if it's your first wax ever look no further definitely go here. I have never done a review in my life, but this place was so amazing I actually felt I needed to write my experience to share here. I even prebooked which BTW gets 10 PERCENT OFF!! How amazing is that!! This place is amazing and I have monthly waxes now. I hope you all have the same wonderful experiences I have. Also kindell if your reading this, you were AMAZING AND THANK YOU!!“

“Rowena does a great job! I am no stranger to getting massages, but this was my first experience at Pure Relaxation. I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail requesting an appointment for later that week. To my surprise she answered my call and booked me for the very next day. She even stayed after her normal closing time to accommodate my schedule! I have a pinched nerve in my right shoulder blade area and she was very attentive to that as well as my other areas of pain and tension. She even used a warming neck pillow and did a little hot stone work at no extra charge. I'm not sure if that is just part of her Swedish package, but it was a great add on! I could tell the massage oil was a good quality as well because it did not irritate my skin, which almost always happens to me with body oils. Great therapist, price, and facility. Will definitely return!“
