I got a water named Kindell, this was my very first time ever getting waxed and I was super nervous. Everyone, including the lovely woman with the piercings at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name), we're super sweet and kind. Kindell seeing that I was nervous asked me what kind of music I wanted to play while I was being waxed and she let me pick an artist (I picked Lauren Spencer Smith) and it calmed my nerves. She let me have privacy undressing and explained the whole process to me while she was doing it. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I used to hard wax and this is WAY better and great results. My hair is already thinning and barely growing back. I do brazilians, cheeks, vajacials and now that they are doing the new S Pass, I'm adding armpits. I'm prone to ingrowns and this has really helped, they have great products that also help!
