I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant.
