I had the pleasure of meeting Steven, who acknowledged my concerns and provided valuable insight into the issue and how to proceed. He is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable in his field and I would recommend him to anyone.

Great young man who serviced our water heater today. I talked with him over the phone and he explained all the options to me so I could make the most cost-effective decision now and in the future. Have already set up another plumbing upgrade with him and the company. Everything I have heard on the radio is factual regarding Benjamin Franklin plumbing and their work and most importantly their employees. The timeline from calling in the morning to the final work being done was a very good experience.
