“I called Cermin Plumbing Co after moving to Waller a few months ago - we wanted to do business with a local plumber. I first called Cermin because 2 shower heads had blown out and were stuck on the down rod (improperly installed by the builder), and Dale promptly came out (next day service, impressive). While he was here, I mentioned an issue with a drainage line on the new ice maker and he promptly pulled it out, started pondering and said "I'll be back, I have an idea." THEN the freeze hit, again, new house and we had no hot water. I'm new to the tankless water heater thing. Again, Dale came out promptly and was very honest and said "just let it defrost" (and he quickly remedied our ice maker issue with the part he had bought). THEN HE CHECKED IN WITH ME THAT AFTERNOON, and sure enough the tankless had just de-thawed about 30 min earlier. Customer service - outstanding. You don't find that in the big city :)“
