Dallas and his associate arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a couple of options. No high-pressure sales tactics, no steering us to the more expensive options, and gave us the costs up front. Not an estimate - the actual cost. Dallas is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. On the follow-up installation of our new tankless water heater he patiently taught us how it worked and told us to call him any time if we have any problems.We have used the Katy Plumbing Company in the past for a few issues and have always been impressed with their service.
