Dr. Proctor has been treating Kirby through his golden years and has provided the most sensitive and compassionate care. I am so grateful he was able to assist my Kirby today in a peaceful and painless passing. He was quick, caring, and professional and my Kirby went to peace and rest with us by his side. Dr. Proctor really cares about his patients with such a genuine and big heart and I think that made a huge difference in my Kirby’s comfort and and ease on his final journey. “I'll never take my cat anywhere else! The staff and vet are the absolute best. They will ensure they take care of your fur baby and do it on a budget. I highly recommend this vet office if you're looking for a perfect place to take your fur baby. I take my cat there quarterly because unfortunately my cat is an indoor and outdoor cat and he gets in all sorts of trouble. They have accommodated me time after time for emergencies during the day and they don't have any availability. They have seen him in between their appointments just so they can take him in. They're so awesome. Can't rave about this place enough.“

“Dr. Castaneda is really the best. She is so thorough, non-judgemental, and patient. We have an american bully who has never hurt anyone but gets nervous during vet visits. Dr. C takes her time with him and makes us all feel safe during our visits! She is also very cost conscious and considers lifestyle modifications/ alternatives first. We have struggled finding a vet office that is comfortable with our dog, cost effective, and trustworthy. We feel like we found that here. All the techs are also awesome and great with our doggie too!“

“I’ve honestly had such a great experience with them. I wanna start off by saying Donna is such a joy to speak with. Her customer service skills are impeccable and her empathy with pet owners is unmatched no first time taking my dogs. There was a different lady at the reception desk and unfortunately, I forget her name, but she was very kind and expressed worry about my baby. The vet was in very fast. They were so understanding they were quick, gentle and kind. It did not seem like money hungry like some other places we’ve been they do not try to nickel and dime.
