Friendly and professional staff from start to finish! Despite my big boy being a little nervous, they were patient and gentle with him and his painful ears. The cost was reasonable for everything he needed. I will note that I did not say "cheap". They are not a low cost vaccine clinic, but the price I paid is well worth the quality of care I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

I brought Gizmo in for his allergy shot yesterday and while sitting in the waiting area, I noticed that the area on the underside of his ear felt crusty. He clearly had some kind of ugly infection, so I asked Renee if there were any vet appointments available. She said yes and we were able to a vet in less than 30 minutes. Dr. B and the techs were wonderful with Gizmo. He was cuddled, petted, and put at ease by their gentle, affectionate attention.We have been taking our boys there for years and will continue to do so. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

Very informative and direct staff. They handled the Ole' girl with care and made sure to stay with her throughout the whole op. The staff was also very transparent when it came to costs and broke down every piece of the bill as well as any future costs if I chose to proceed down that route.
