“UC Animal Hospital has provided exquisite care for my babies. I had to make the most difficult and heart wrenching decision to let my sweet Kirby go in peace to the after life today. Denise and all those in the front office were wonderful and empathetic in helping me prepare for the appointment.<br><br>Dr. Proctor has been treating Kirby through his golden years and has provided the most sensitive and compassionate care. I am so grateful he was able to assist my Kirby today in a peaceful and painless passing. He was quick, caring, and professional and my Kirby went to peace and rest with us by his side. Dr. Proctor really cares about his patients with such a genuine and big heart and I think that made a huge difference in my Kirby’s comfort and and ease on his final journey. “Dr. Castaneda is really the best. She is so thorough, non-judgemental, and patient. We have an american bully who has never hurt anyone but gets nervous during vet visits. Dr. C takes her time with him and makes us all feel safe during our visits! She is also very cost conscious and considers lifestyle modifications/ alternatives first. We have struggled finding a vet office that is comfortable with our dog, cost effective, and trustworthy. We feel like we found that here. All the techs are also awesome and great with our doggie too!“
