One main issue I've always run into has been getting an appointment and actually be seen. When I reached out to KB, I was able to get an appointment fast! With all my deductions, I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Other places I've gone to before would give me grief because of all my work deductions but here, it was all explained to me in detail.
