Sam Tutino was a MAJOR help! I may have made a mistake in processing payroll, called Sam, he jumped right on a video chat with me and walked me through step by step on how to correct my mess! Easy, quick and extremely nice!

We have been using Alliance for a few months now. As a group we love how user friendly it is and how many steps it has eliminated from our previous payroll and onboarding process. Any time I have a question they are an email or phone call away to walk me and my management team through the question we may have.

Our company switched to Alliance about 1.5 years ago and it has been a tremendous change. We used ADP for many years but needed better customer service. We found it! From the implementation to the daily support, there have not been any issues. Everyone we work with is ready to help. Payroll is simple now and HR tasks take much less time. I recommend their onboarding and payroll software. Zayzoon is an early pay system that our employees like to use through Alliance. If you are considering a move, you will not regret it.
