“I visited this location as a walk-in expecting to order new contacts. It was discovered that my contact prescription was lapsed and I required a new examination. The lobby was very busy but the store manager , Shamyra insisted that I stay for the exam and ensured my wait would not be longer than 15-30mins, as a walk-in. My mind was blown from how well organized this location is. Shamyra lead the processing of all of the queued customers with grace and diligence. The whole lobby was pleasantly impressed with the service that we were receiving. Not only was I able to get my Annual exam timely but I was able to browse for some new glasses. This is the type of service I will be expecting from every store I visit from now on! Thank you Shamyra and your wonderful staff for setting the bar.“
“I really had the Best Experience ever at this location. There’s a young lady by the name of Victoria that really work with me. She was super kind and patient. She really took her time with me and explain the difference to me between bifocals and distance glasses. She went through every pair with me and helping me to choose the right pair for me. She also kept me in my budget. I have never going to a Walmart Vision Center before. But, because of this young lady personality and knowledge about glasses and your face. I will be back again. I pick my glasses up today and I’m just loving it. I have had so many compliments today. Please acknowledge her. She’s a very sweet young lady and you can see she loves what she do.
