Went for a new pairs of glasses and got some ordered up. Staff was very friendly and helpful! After received my pair, my eyes seemed to be worse off and they redid my lenses and I was very happy but after a few weeks one of the legs on my glasses had a screw back out and I couldn't get it back in. I took them back and had the manager look at them. She fix the leg after a lot of work but was extremely happy. She was polite, helpful and very nice! Thank you Manager Shamira! You made everything right without a fuss! Will definitely go back for my next pair!
Best customer service. Very attentive and dedicated to a good customer experience. Wide variety of frames to choose from. Shamyra and April helped me find the perfect glasses. Great place to go.
I had my first exam with them today...I went in Over 2 hours early and they were happy to let go ahead and check in...the best experience I have had with a eye doctor.. employees are wonderful and pleasant... couldn't ask for better... highly recommend....
