“BEST in the business and one of the oldest salons in Texas for a reason. Harvey and his brothers are a Garland staple and their downtown Garland location offers everything you need under one roof from styling, coloring, massages, treatments or you name it. I would not spend a dollar anywhere else for these type of services other than Lemmonds.
