The setting and music definitely got the vibe going. Our yoga instructor Molly Rodriguez was superb in guiding. Her clear instructions added adaptability with intermediate and novice yogis. Her dharma talk about Mercury Retrograde and what benefits can come from it; such as being flexible in mind, intuition,and introspection. Her natural rhythm vinyasa has every tool you need within to keep yourself grounded in this retrograde . It was awesome to start with some pranayama breathing,which led to some unique asana sequences, that blended in unique harmony. I totally recommend you yogis check this studio out.
