I lost my primary pair of glasses and needed to have the bent plastic frames of my 2nd pair of glasses fixed or replaced ASAP because I was leaving town.I'm not even a current patient but this was an emergency and they were able to get my glasses frame straightened enough to get the lense back in the frame while I waited. I have scheduled my next eye exam already with this practice. Great customer service experience today.
