I dropped off a suit on Friday to be dry cleaned. I asked if it would be ready Monday. I also asked if they were open Monday (memorial day). They answered yes to both questions. When I dropped off the suit I asked again to confirm if they were open Monday. They circled Monday on my dry cleaning ticket. I went on Monday and they were closed. I didn't actually need the suit until mid day Tuesday. Went in Tuesday at 11:30 and it wasn't ready. My wife went back and had to wait until after they closed to get the suit. No apologies when my wife waited from 4pm to 5:20pm. I won't patronize this business again.Service: Laundry pick-up

Convenient location to me and the service is top notch. It's a very simple spot and I decided to drop off a few shirts to have dry cleaned since I moved in the area. The staff is super sweet and nice. They had a great time talking to my son when we walked in.

Went to pick up the shirts, and they were done well and again was met with smiles.

Definitely will use them going forward since it's walking distance from me at the moment while i'm here in Houston.

Ruined pants. Got them back super faded and with these shiny makes from being pressed. Also sent in my shirts, got them back with the collars incorrectly pressed.

Been to several dry cleaners. By far the worst one.
