I don't ever leave reviews, but this business has been very unprofessional and won't take accountability for ruining our TWO BRAND NEW comforters that we specifically asked to get dry cleaned. Instead they laundered it, causing the the inside cotton to be uneven and the fabric to be wrinkled/ruined. We brought it back and mentioned it and the they had the nerve to blame us for bringing them used/old comforters. Not only was the owner dismissive, but didn't take ownership of the damage she and her workers made while in their care. The owner then went to say that she wasn't there when her workers laundered it because they were scared to dry clean it.. SO WHY TAKE IT AND...read full review
DO NOT bring your clothes here! They will ruin your clothes. Instead of making it right, the owner is rude and blamed it on me. With the amount of negative reviews I see now, this isn’t the first time and will not be the last. As consumers, we need to put a stop to this business. It is not right. There is consumer protection acts in place for businesses such as this one.

Why not call and inform us so we can take it else where? I do not recommend this "business" to anyone. Very sad that we've been supporting them for 10+ years for them to do this. Make sure you check for any stains or damages to your items before taking them home! They do it to everyone!
