Right off the bat customer service was great, I was greeted and was quickly attended by the owner. I was asked if I had a pair of back up glasses and sadly I do not so he took that into consideration and told me he was going to get right to work on my glasses. I also told him I was on my 30 minute lunch and he said not to worry that the job would be done by then, and sure enough it was. I will most definitely be recommending the eyeglass repair guys to all my friends and family and I know many people that wear glasses ? 10 out of 10 experience for me.

I went to the FM529 location in Eldridge Plaza, after my optometrist office was unable to replace the monofilament line on my semi rimless Ralph Lauren frames. I was told they did not have the line needed for the repair; they could get it and have my glasses ready in about and an hour. A man put on his Desert Storm Veteran cap, got in his truck and drove to get the parts needed. A great example of how to get things done ! Thanks for your dedication and determination Virgil.

We just left The Eyeglass Repair Guys after visiting the place we originally got our glasses. We found The Eyeglass Repair Guys after looking for a repair shop nearby. Our son's arm on his glasses broke off. Harry gave us a couple of options but we decided on a new frame. We are so satisfied with the service and transparency. Very affordable as well! Highly recommend!
