“This vet and grooming office is hands-down the Four Seasons for furry royalty. My Enola strutted in like a scruffy street pup and walked out looking like she had a personal stylist, a therapist, and a life coach. I half expected her to ask for an oat milk puppuccino and a meditation app. The staff? Absolute angels. I’m convinced they speak fluent Meow and Bark. They treat her like the diva she is—complete with calming words, gentle pets, and what I can only assume was a tiny emotional support blanket. They handled everything from shots to poodle glam shampoo with kindness, humor, and zero judgment—despite my dog’s dramatic Oscar-worthy performance during nail trimming. (We're still in negotiations for a Netflix deal.)“

“If I was going to take my dog anywhere it would be here. They made me feel at home and so welcome.These people went far and beyond to take care of my baby girl lowrider my dog had parvo and I had to rush her In there and immediately they went to work helping my baby. The staff are some of the nicest people ive ever came in contact with. The love and care they have for animals exceeds far past any expectations. The staff is really kind-hearted you can tell their heart is with the animals they're doing it for the love of the animals.I love this place and all of the staff there they're really compassionate and caring. This place is the best animal emergency vet to take your dog from Conroe to Houston. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. “My 6 yr old GSD is showing hip dysplasia and arthritis making it difficult for him to get up and down and do daily things like sit on the couch. We were interested in pain management and therapy for him, to try to stave off the inevitable surgery. We expected to be told that was our only option. Dr. Wall not only had other options, but gave us a lot of time to answer our concerns/questions, and explained throughly all the steps he wanted to try, none of them leading to surgery at this stage. We feel very educated and prepared to make the best choices for our boy now, and are much more confident in what we need to do to help our dog now and in the future. Bonus, our dog really loved the doctor and his staff, which is extremely unusual, he was so calm with them! They are so kind and explanatory!! Don't question it, go here to help your pet!“

“Love Dr Hill and her entire team!! We found RAWC during COVID for our oldest cat who was very sick. They now taken care of our cats and our dogs. Last year we had to put our oldest dog to sleep and they let us take our time bc it was a very hard decision. This staff goes above and beyond. I will not trust anyone else with our family!!“

“We've taken all our cats here for wellness checks & they were very thorough and very kind to our cats, and we appreciate having a "cat" side & a "dog" side. The assistants are fabulous, careful, and thoughtful. One of our cats had to be put to sleep recently and we appreciated the doctor spending a lot of time with us talking about our options and discussing our cats problem. We even received a Sympathy card from the center signed with every employee's names, even every doctor! That meant the world to us!! I definitely recommend this clinic“

It’s obvious they care about your animals, one of our cats had cancer and didn’t have much time left and went above and beyond on helping us keep her comfortable in her last few days. We were absolutely distraught and they handled both our cat and us with such grace and compassion.“

“Had several litters here. Dr Revere and his staff have been at this for years and really understand cropping (especially the Doberman crops). Pricing is great.

The only thing that they do that I don’t prefer is post immediately after surgery as I “heal to air” as my preference, than post through the healing process. Once they are 85%+ healed I do return to posting. After many litters over the years and having all four of my dobies done here, I wouldn’t go else where“

“My experience with NHVO was wonderful - my cat suddenly developed an eye issue and after seeing my regular vet about it, they suggested I consult a veterinary ophthalmologist, but said getting an appointment could take weeks or months and they told me to just go to the ER with her instead. I decided to call NHVO first and was fortunately able to get an appointment the very next morning! Everyone at the clinic was extremely kind. Dr. Sankey and the vet tech, Adriana, were both so nice - they were gentle with my cat and very thorough, both in their exam and in explaining everything to me. If this was a regular vet facility, I’d be switching to them for all my go-to vet appointments!“
