We were in need of a new HVAC system and were given ridiculous prices from our warranty company. We decided to get other estimates and we got recommended to Majestic Air by our neighbor. Brian Patton came out and did a thorough inspection, took pictures and gave us 3 great estimates. He explained everything, was very patient with us. We scheduled a installation, even though he was out of town Brian stayed in contact with us whenever we reached out to him. The installers came out on time and were done in excellent timing. Matthew was very professional. He located the problem quickly then repaired with prestaged parts from his truck. He showed me the broken part that he replaced, too. Had me back up & running within a couple of hours. All this 2 days before Christmas! Thank you!
They came out for my annual heating system checkout. The tech was friendly and informative about what he found. He was very thorough. Every Tech that comes out is very competent, very personable, and very good at helping.
