This was a challenging repair - replacing a leaking tub faucet fixture working behind a wall in a VERY tight space. You sent your smallest technician and he fit the space perfectly. His colleague had done some work for us before. Both men are VERY competent plumbers - I'd request one or both of them anytime I need service!

The representative who answered my call was extremely helpful and able to dispatch a plumber immediately. Victor arrived within the hour, and quickly diagnosed the problem - getting us back up and running in no time. He was very informative and communicated everything to us. We are grateful for the help. After snapping off my water street feed during a routine repair I had full gushing water outside my control. I called Milton Franks and Nathan showed up in less than 30 minutes to turn off the water. Excellent response. Then a few hours later Kevin arrives and makes permanent repairs. He was also excellent explaining what happened and his repairs.
