Surgery was successfully but the recommended physical therapy program was not getting the job done. Within weeks of working w/ AthletiX, my flexibility & pain level improved through their assertive recovery program. Once 100% recovered, we begin to increase the performance program. Which then increased my on court performance. The rest is history!“

“After shattering the top of my humerus, I had five months of physical therapy at Athletico in Soutlake. My shoulder was basically useless when I began therapy because the break tore the rotator cuff in my shoulder. I opted not to have surgery--which itself is a serious injury from which to recover--and received superlative care at Athletico. Week by week I regained more movement and strength, and now I can do virtually everything I need to do with my arm. Surgery would not have improved this outcome. I was dismissed today with instructions for therapy at home which I will do on my own. I know I can contact them at any time for further help. I highly recommend this place!
