AthletiX has provided two great programs during my experience. First is the Recovery Therapy. I ruptured my Achilles’ tendon while playing Basketball. Surgery was successfully but the recommended physical therapy program was not getting the job done. Within weeks of working w/ AthletiX, my flexibility & pain level improved through their assertive recovery program. Once 100% recovered, we begin to increase the performance program. Which then increased my on court performance. The rest is history!

I’ve been working with Athletix for almost a year now, the past 2 months consistently, and in that time have seen drastic improvement. I’ve recently recovered and healed from a L4/L5 rupture and started working with Athletix to get rid of the last bit of pain and immobility which was almost completely accomplished in the first session.The coaching here is top notch and I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking to get out of pain or improve athletic performance.

Training with AthletiX has been an awesome experience! Mike and the team have done a great job of creating a culture of honor and encouragement that is very uplifting from the minute you walk in the door. I workout several days a week but have been limited as of late with pain in my right shoulder. They worked me into their schedule quickly and asked a short series of questions to diagnose the shoulder issue.
