I am super grateful for the manager at this Blo dry bar location. Maria followed up with me regarding my membership that was on hold for a few months but I decided already not to renew due to issues at the Knox location. However, when Maria followed up she went above and beyond to rectify my issue and I received one of the best blow dry services by Sydney at the Southlake location. I was beyond impressed and grateful for her expertise, kindness, patience and top notch service. I will continue to patronize this business because of Sydney and Maria’s amazing care and service. Thank you!
I had my hair done here for my sons wedding. So happy with the way it turned out and how it lasted through the weekend. Service was conscientious and not over priced. I also like the products they used and the location. I will be back.
