“Came the day after hurricane on July 9th. Inspected but could not do anything untill the tree was off my home and our power was back on. . Daniel is polite, appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. Service required a whole crew to repair part of the AC. Once power on BVS had to order parts but BVS did provide window units untill it was. Daniel did a wonderful job installing parts, rechecked all before he left. BVS always answers phone or responds promptly. We have used BVS for many years. While not perfect we feel a good choice to have a long term customer relationship with. There are however fees associated with parts under warranty which was NOT pleasant and surprising. But we trust them and always get a response and efficient work“
