the best nails i've ever had, i cant find not one imperfection in these nails. the wife and husband were so very nice and actually got to know their customers. will be going here from now on. also the price was perfect, i paid $50 for short shellac full set and they came out perfect. i've never had nails that i didn't have something to say about them or wish they did differently. the guy took his time in each and every nail to make sure they were perfect. ugh i cant recommend this nail salon enough, please go there, you wont regret it!
Kevin, Mai & Hue are wonderful! been going since, 1997! I suggest you call to make an appointment for nail service. They are experienced in current trends/colors/ long or short hails, natural & false nails. Relaxing pedicures & great manicures! I have had both Natural & false nails (hands) Be clear about what you want.. shape of nail, size & color!
$38 for Shellac Mani plus $10 tip since she did such a great job listening to and correcting the issues most other nail techs aren't good at. Dead skin. Yuck. I get a build up on the sides of my nails, plus ingrown nails, and it drives me crazy to not have a smooth texture of the side skin when my freshly done nails are so smooth and sleek. You will not worry about that here. They also didn't charge me extra to do French, which most places it's $5-10 more. She even offered the "American French" which I'd never heard of but it's a softer white and a shiny soft rose layer instead of just clear. Makes a more natural look to your nails, which I like. A lot. I was also impressed by the layering done for the Polish. A lot of places I go don't put a full base coat, or sometimes any for French Shellac! She did a full coat, cured it, my soft rose, cured it, soft white, cured it, top coat cured it. The massage was minimal but well done and no lotions or anything applied after (in no way tooting my horn but I don't need it, I have soft skin from applying so much lotion to myself at home and no manual labor to undo it. So I typically don't like lotion, the greasy feel is gross to me) There was lotion on the table, Feel free to ask if she doesn't auto apply but I felt it was me being "read" as a not lotion person than her withholding. As with Any Human, there are imperfections that could be perfected, i.e. my white wasn't perfectly symmetrical to my OCD standards. Overall I enjoyed the cleanup job and smooth thin layers of polish enough this doesn't bother me like it would if I felt the "work" was subpar so they could focus on the Polish and getting me done for a quicker turn around. Tv was on, low level, but not facing the guests so you can tell it is more to keep it from being dead quiet and entertain themselves in the lull. Overall I'm happy with my service and if I really need a more precise polish I'd still come here for a basic Mani before going somewhere else to do a "Polish change".
