A friend of mine took me here about a week after I got out of the hospital from delivering my baby. Was getting a pedicure when they trimmed my toe too much it began bleeding. It really hurt and it took awhile for the bleeding to stop and yet no discount or apology. Never went back nor do I refer this place to anyone.Service: Pedicure

I’m fairly new to the San Antonio area, and was looking for a nail salon I could a manicure and/or pedicure. The hours of operations online states they close at 8pm. I walked in before 7:10pm. Initially, the guy asked what I needed. I stated “a manicure and/or pedicure”. He asked “how many?”, and I said “One”. Something was said in Korean, and he said “We’re closed. You can come back tomorrow” with this look on his face. I just left work, which I’m an analyst for the federal government, so my appearance wasn’t a turn off. I also wore my “Female Veteran” mask, so not sure why I wasn’t serviced. I will not return tomorrow. Lost a new customer

I got my nails done here once before and it was great! So I decided to go back for a fill in and she literally filed my nail so low with the drill I almost bled...I took my nails off after a week and my nail is so thin by the cuticle I couldn’t even touch it without experiencing pain. It’s almost to the last layer of nail before the fleshy pink part under. I will never go back to this establishment and I wouldn’t dare recommend it to anyone in search of a good nail salon.
