Great service. I couldn't find a Cleaners who would launder cotton bath mats. Too much for my washer. But, after checking with four cleaners, I found McDougall. I drove up, staff came to my car. Took the rugs and they turned out just as I hoped. Sparkling. Looked brand new. Love how they come to your car when you drive up. Five star, friendly service.

Customer service was awesome.. she listened well to a few special requests I had. The items were done on time as promised. The price was a little more than I am used to paying. I appreciate the curbside/drive thru.

I dropped a brand new dark-colored linen dark-colored shirt onto a glue trap for mice. It was very difficult to peel that thing off and it left a load of glue on the shirt. They got all of the glue out without affecting the linen or the color and it still looks brand new. It was a miracle! There was a very reasonable price for that miracle.
