Mr. Peter was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. He corrected me respectfully on my uniforms and educated me.He also made sure I could get done exactly what I needed done in the time I needed it done!!!!It seems WIERD and even more rare now a days to know that there is a place that you can go and actually receive CUSTOMER SERVICE.REMEMBER THE IRON TRIANGLE: here's a saying – “You can have it fast, you can have it good, you can have it cheap: But, if you want it Good and Fast it can’t be cheap!!!Keep that in mind and you will be happy with the service you receive atKIMS ALTERATIONS. ??

I needed an emergency Alteration for a ceremony, and Kim's shop delivered 100% They were able to help me at the last minute. Great service for past uniform alterations as well. Thank you so much for serving our Military community the way you do.
