I had a bricked 2017 MBP diagnosed, and ended up having the 'Logic Board' replaced by Frank. The laptop works just like new after repair. He is very knowledgeable on all the intricacies of Apple products, and was able to quickly answer any questions.'Turn around' time was great considering I had to source the part, and that Frank does this as a one-man, side operation at the time of writing this. Be patient throughout the process, and he will deliver excellent results.I can easily recommend MacDoc to anyone having issues with Apple products, Frank is very personable and runs an honest business.

Frank and MacDoc are amazing in all aspects of what they do. Am a HIGHLY SATISFIED customer and will use Frank again immediately as and when needed for Mac and PC repair/upgrades. We have been using Macs (desktops, laptops) at home since the late '80s with a foray into Sony VAIOs for a while coming back to Macs in the early '00s.I was lucky to get in touch with Frank as he came highly recommended by Pat Knight of MacAnswers who does only Apple/Mac s/w repair/upgrades. I'm really happy I was able to find Frank online! My husband accidentally spilled coffee on his Macbook air and was concerned on how to get it fixed. After reading "Mac Doc's" reviews, I had confidence that Frank would be professional. He was very flexible with my husband and I and kept us updated as he diagnosed the computer. Although the computer was not salvageable, we were able to save all of my husband's important files. If you have any issues with your computer, I would take it to Frank to give it a look.
