The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to where I live. My suit jacket came back in perfect condition, without any issues or marks. If there’s any room for improvement, I’d suggest offering text notifications for when items are ready, but overall, a solid experience that I’d recommend.“

“Decided to try the laundry pick-up/ drop-off service, as our dryer needs repairs, and I was blown away with the service! They picked up in the morning and had the clothes and sheets delivered by evening, everything freshly washed and folded nicely. I provided additional instructions (what needs bleach etc.) and they followed accordingly. They communicated with me throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again as needed!“

It's funny the owner's name is not Charlie's and none of staffs gives me a clear answer, but who cares as far as they clean up your clothes without messing them? They have a drive thru and they give you a laundry bag with your name on it to make the drop off process easier! Kelly was very sweet and was able to tell me the difference between laundry and dry clean! I will definitely be coming back!“

“Been using them for over a year. They are fairly competent. Prices are average. Make sure you drop off at least $10 worth of work if you plan to use a debit or credit card. Turn around time is reasonable. Alterations seem a little high.“
