If there’s any room for improvement, I’d suggest offering text notifications for when items are ready, but overall, a solid experience that I’d recommend.“

They have a drive thru and they give you a laundry bag with your name on it to make the drop off process easier! It's funny the owner's name is not Charlie's and none of staffs gives me a clear answer, but who cares as far as they clean up your clothes without messing them? “Been using them for over a year. They are fairly competent. Prices are average. Make sure you drop off at least $10 worth of work if you plan to use a debit or credit card. Turn around time is reasonable. Alterations seem a little high.“

“I got there at 9:00 pm, think they close at 10. The lady working there was very nice since it was last minute show me how to use the machine. I have to admit it was cheap. My small load was $1.95. Dryer was .85cent for 20 min. Still not bad and the machine dried my clothes quickly. Will definitely come back.“
