The actual drycleaning service is great and peices are okay. HOWEVER, I would recommend listening a bit more to your customers and being more transparent to the customer about pricing.I drop off my clothea and they just count it and tell me will be ready in X amount of time. When I pick them up, they just chsrge whathever service they decided they want to do.I WOULD RECOMMEND going through the clothes of the client and asking what specific fabric would be dry cleaned or laundry. Sometimes they charged me dry cleaning for a cottom shirt that should be laundry. Not a big a deal is about 2dlls extras, but I feel that I get robbed for a service that wasnt really needed. I just started going here, and they do well. I dropped off a sweater I bought 2nd hand, that stunk like perfume and smoke. I forgot to mention I needed the smell out, but they took care of it. Fast turnaround, and I love that they text to let you know when it's ready!

I had an emergency, and Comet Cleaners came to the rescue!My daughter had her senior photos scheduled in downtown Dallas in 45 minutes, and her shirt was hopelessly wrinkled. An hour away from home ourselves, I found Comet on Google maps and headed there with hope. Sure enough, the owner / manager happened to be at the counter, and he nodded his head at my plea and whisked the shirt away to the back.Two minutes later, he came back with the shirt steamed beautifully! I was so grateful and relieved. I tried to pay him, but he wouldn't accept. This act of kindness from a business is almost unheard of in today's age of impersonal transactions, so I wanted to sing this business'...read full review
