“This board and train facility is awesome! We sent our LGD pup there over a year ago for off-leash training and he is SO well behaved. They use VIBRATION (not shock) collars and even train with the beep function. Once my dog learned the commands, he doesn’t even need the collar. The training also translates well to the spot on GPS vibrate collars if that’s something people are interested in later for dogs on larger properties or by major roads. The training was the best decision we made for our dog!“

“We had to make the hard decision to euthanize our 14-year-old dog, Ellie Mae, today. She was always nervous when going to the vet which made us dread the day even more. Gratefully the staff was so kind, patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. They let us check-in and wait from the comfort of our car, had a tech help us get Ellie from the car into the building, and showed us a comfortable and private "goodbye" room (equipped with multiple Kleenex boxes to wipe away our tears). Everyone we encountered was compassionate and understanding. All of them followed our pace, never rushing us through the process. We will be forever thankful for the dignity and tenderness demonstrated on this hard day.“

They will absolutely answer any questions you have and are also very easy to get a hold of by phone when needing some guidance. My 2 month old doberman worked with Nykia for 12 weeks and the results truly speak for themselves. Nova is an extremely well behaved pup and receives compliments for her calm & obedient nature no matter where we go. the staff & ashley are always so responsive and willing to help. the lifetime support you receive is also extremely valuable as when Nova came home there was an adjustment period for which i had questions for. Nykia took her time to coach me through the phone and was patient to answer my 2000 questions. it would really be a waste of time, effort & money taking your pup anywhere else.“

“I really like this place. This place is old school care, you get what your pet needs and skip the pushy sales pitch that the veterinary practitioners push. This place has helped us improve several things with our two dogs health, all while we are actually using less products and medicines than our prior vet said we needed. This guy is really smart. Hope they stay open after their storm damage is fixed.“
